This person will be operating in the Business Area TOMRA Fresh within TOMRA Food.

Descripción del empleo As a People & Organization Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing true partnership, trusted advice, support and facilitation to managers across a generalist spectrum of human resources disciplines. This role has dual responsibility for providing strategic people support and solutions for allocated business areas and local operational support with frontline HR issues.

The People & Organization team work in true partnership with the business to enable our people to attract, retain and engage talent. In this role, you will: Business Partnering
- Develop and maintain in-depth understanding of your allocated business areas; their business objectives, challenges, risks and people related indicators
- Partner with your business areas to ensure the provision of timely, consistent coaching, advice, and support on all aspects of HR to our people leaders. This includes performance management, talent acquisition, on-boarding, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, development planning and change management
