The diversity of our talents is what makes our work environment multicultural, innovative and highly rewarding.About the RoleFor our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a Data Analyst intern to join the Hazelnut Company (HCo), reporting to Hazelnut Company Procurement PMO.Main ResponsibilitiesSupport the HCo Procurement PM in performing monthly, quarterly and annual reporting including departmental scorecards, financial savings, compliance and ad hoc reporting.Enhance the existing approach to collect and display information/KPIs in Excel towards PowerBI dashboards to monitor suppliers' performance at Group Level.Analyze procurement data highlighting risks and drawing insights, leveraging digital solutions while presenting these data to HCo Procurement team and wider stakeholder network such as Supply Chain, Industrial or Agri‐Competence Center.Scout, identify and apply new technologies to standard ways of working, especially for reporting activities.Who we are looking forMust be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period.Must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg valid at least until the end of March ****.Educational background in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering.Excellent communicator, experience in project management, hands‐on experience with statistical or machine learning forecasting tools.Ability to analyze data and identify trends, strong negotiation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, VLOOKUP), SAP and PowerBI, fluency in English.How to be successful in the role and at FerreroConsumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
