Role Overview We are seeking a Nurse with experience in clinical trials and patient recruitment to join our remote team. The idóneo candidate will play a key role in supporting clinical research operations, ensuring patient safety, and driving successful recruitment strategies. Key Responsibilities Support clinical trial activities in compliance with protocols and regulatory standards. Conduct patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment for ongoing studies. Provide education and engagement to patients to ensure adherence and retention. Maintain accurate documentation and patient records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and communication. Ensure ethical and professional standards in all patient interactions. Qualifications Licensed Nurse (RN, BSN, or equivalent). Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical trials. Proven track record in patient recruitment and engagement. Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred). Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
