Sales Support Analyst (Santiago)

Sales Coordinator We are looking for a Sales Coordinator or Technical Sales professional to serve as the key link between our clients, Customer Service team, and sales strategy in Santiago, Chile. Responsibilities
- Review purchase orders and coordinate with Customer Service Representatives and clients.
- Generate technical-commercial quotes for Copeland's Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Electronics products.
- Provide technical product information and assist clients with product selection.
- Execute and maintain price lists.
- Manage general communications to clients, including price increases, changes in commercial conditions, and other company announcements.
- Generate Business Intelligence databases.
- Conduct market analysis, price positioning studies, and market share analysis by product line. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or equivalent technical experience.
- Experience in a technical sales or customer service/relations role.
- Strong understanding of technical sales processes.
- Basic knowledge of commercial refrigeration.
- Basic to Intermediate English proficiency. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
