Nanny (Santiago)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Nanny role located in Provincia de Santiago. The Nanny will provide attentive, age-appropriate care to children, including supervising daily routines, organizing educational and recreational activities, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment at all times. Responsibilities include preparing healthy meals and snacks, assisting with hygiene and nap schedules, and supporting developmental milestones through play, reading, and structured learning. The Nanny will coordinate with parents or guardians on schedules, transportation to activities as needed, and household expectations related to the children’s spaces and belongings. The role also involves observing and communicating any behavioral or developmental changes, and maintaining consistent, respectful boundaries and routines. Qualifications
- Proven experience in Babysitting and Childcare, with a strong commitment to safety, supervision, and emotional well-being.
- Demonstrated ability in Working With Children and supporting Early Childhood Development, including age-appropriate play, learning, and behavior guidance.
- Basic Cooking skills for preparing nutritious, child-friendly meals and snacks, with attention to allergies and dietary preferences.
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to build trust with children and caregivers.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Provincia de Santiago, with flexibility for schedules that may include occasional evenings or weekends.
- Relevant training or certifications (e.g., First Aid/CPR, early childhood education courses) are highly beneficial.
