Human Resources Business Partner (Santiago)

On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are looking for a strategic and business-oriented professional for the position of: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR professional who is passionate about partnering with business leaders, driving organizational development, and supporting people strategy in a dynamic and multicultural environment. This role is adecuado for someone who combines strong HR operational capabilities with a business mindset and excellent stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner for business leaders, supporting organizational growth and people management initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, talent development, performance management, and day-to-day HR matters.
- Partner with managers to identify organizational needs and implement HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Support workforce planning, talent retention, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with regional and cross-functional teams to support HR programs, digital learning platforms, and people development initiatives.
- Serve as the main point of contact for external HR vendors and service providers.
- Ensure HR practices and processes are aligned with company policies and local labor regulations.
- Contribute to building a positive, high-performance, and people-centered organizational culture. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or related HR roles.
- Experience in the telecommunications, technology, or fast-paced multinational industry is highly valued.
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to balance operational and organizational priorities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
