National Sea Logistics Reefer Manager (Santiago)

As a National Sea Logistics Reefer Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the Reefer product strategy to drive profitable growth and increase market share. You will work closely with commercial, operational, and regional teams to strengthen customer relationships, lead negotiations with carriers, and ensure service excellence across all Reefer and Healthcare operations. Through strong business development and alignment with key stakeholders, you will play a critical role in enhancing performance, expanding opportunities, and positioning the organization competitively in the market. How you create impact
- Develop and implement the Reefer product strategy to increase market share profitably
- Drive business development by actively supporting commercial plans and engaging in sales activities
- Maintain and grow relationships with customers, carriers, and key stakeholders
- Ensure high service standards and operational excellence across Reefer and Healthcare operations

What we would like you to bring
- 2–5 years of experience in Sea Logistics.
- At least 3 years of experience in Reefer (Mandatory)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Market knowledge and business development capabilities
- Fluency in Spanish and English (Mandatory)
