Key Responsibilities Advise affiliates on health plans, coverage, and benefits. Handle the reception and resolution of inquiries, complaints, and requests. Provide quotations for exams, procedures, and medical services. Distribute information related to Ley GES, CAEC, and other health benefits. Inform about agreements and the provider network. Record and track cases on internal platforms and systems. Maintain a high‐quality service by offering clear and timely guidance to users. Qualifications Completed secondary education. Experience in customer service. Good computer skills and familiarity with office software. Strong communication skills and empathy for health‐related issues. Working Conditions Workplace: On‐site in Santiago Centro, near Metro Moneda. Hours: 42 hours per week, rotating shifts from 08:30 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. Schedule: Rotating shifts assigned between 08:30 and 18:00. Location: Santiago Centro, on site. Contractual Details Fixed‐term contract to replace winter vacation employees. Contract duration until 31 July ****. Compensation and Benefits Monthly net salary: $595,000. Training stipend: $10,000 per full day of on‐site training. Gratifying work environment.
