- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Sous Chef, having worked in a variety of kitchens, including European cuisine.:
- Availability to relocate and live long-term in Ireland.

- fluent speaking and understanding.

Your Role

As our Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, supervising staff, maintaining high culinary standards, and ensuring the smooth daily running of all kitchen outlets.

Responsibilities include:
- Assist in menu development and meal planning.
- Prepare high-quality dishes according to standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff.
- Manage inventory, orders, and portion control.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, hygiene, and safety regulations.
- Cover for the Head Chef when required.
- Liaise with other departments to meet guest expectations.
- Take full responsibility for food quality, presentation, and taste.
