Sales Support Analyst – SantiagoCopeland LP – Santiago, ChileSalary: CLP 35,971,********,957,000 per year.ResponsibilitiesReview purchase orders and their status, coordinating with Customer Service Representatives (CSR) and clients.Generate quotes for Copeland's Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Electronics products.Provide technical product information to clients and assist with product selection using Copeland's tools.Execute and maintain price lists.Manage general communications to clients, including price increases, changes in commercial conditions, and other company announcements.Generate Business Intelligence databases.Conduct market analysis, price positioning studies, and market share analysis by product line.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or equivalent technical experience in the field.Experience in a technical sales or customer service/relations role.Strong understanding of technical sales processes.Basic knowledge of commercial refrigeration.Basic to Intermediate English proficiency.Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (preferred).
Previous experience in market analysis (preferred).
