**Acerca de la posición**: Nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Asistente de Mantención para unirse a nuestro equipo de Engineering Services: **Zona de trabajo**: Vitacura, Región Metropolitana, Chile.

**Horario de trabajo**: Lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 17:00 horas.

**Tipo de contrato**: Tiempo indefinido.

**Objetivo**: Asistir al Facility Manager en la operación del día a día en las instalaciones y velar por un alto estándar de servicio de mantenimiento continuamente.

**Responsabilidades**: Realizar revisiones diarias al equipamiento del sitio y asegurar su operatividad, conducir mediciones de su funcionamiento. Acompañar proveedores externos en trabajos realizados para la comunidad. Operar todo el equipamiento en las instalaciones, HVAC, tableros eléctricos, generadores, etc. Realizar reparaciones menores eléctricas y mecánicas en las instalaciones. Otras tareas afines al área de mantenimiento.

**Requisitos**: Técnico electromecánico. Certificación SEC es deseable. Al menos 2 años experiência en edificios corporativos o residenciales. Experiência manteniendo equipos eléctricos, generadores y sistemas críticos. Experiência en sistemas de aire acondicionado como CRAC, VRV, fanCoils, Chillers, y otras (Cassette, split, etc). Experiência en gasfitería y sistemas hidráulicos de edificios.
