The Role

The Technical Architect is a senior technical expert responsible for designing scalable solutions, defining architecture, and ensuring high‑quality delivery across Salesforce platforms, including Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and CRM. This role serves as a key reference for technical strategy, mentoring team members, guiding implementation decisions and ensuring adherence to best practices. The Technical Architect evaluates complex technical challenges, oversees code quality and collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with broader solution design.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and define technical architecture and solution approach across Salesforce platforms (MC, MC Personalization, DC, CRM).
- Review and validate solution designs from Technical Developers and Senior Technical Developers.
