?? Your mission Provide strategic and operational HR support to ensure effective workforce planning, strong labour relations, and a high-performance culture aligned with Fraser Alexander values and business priorities. ?? Key Responsibilities Talent & Workforce Planning
- Advise business leaders on structures, staffing needs, and succession planning.
- Lead recruitment, selection and onboarding for site-based roles.
- Support talent and leadership development initiatives. Employee Relations & Labour Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with Chilean labour law and internal policies.
- Support conflict resolution, grievance management, and union dialogue.
- Monitor workplace climate and drive positive organisational culture. Performance, Training & Development
- Implement Performance Management process with leaders.
- Identify training needs and support execution of development plans.
- Promote employee engagement, coaching, and retention strategies. Reporting & HR Analytics
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly HR reports and dashboards.
- Analyse turnover, overtime, absenteeism and other workforce indicators.
- Ensure timely processing of hires, terminations and payroll-related updates. Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Monitor adherence to HR processes, audits, and internal controls.
- Identify and escalate HR-related risks and legal deviations. ?? Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in industrial/mining environments.
- Strong background in labour relations, conflict management, and union interaction.
- Experience supporting remote / multi-site operations.
- Advanced skills in HR reporting, analytics and HRIS (SmartHR or similar).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple stakeholders and influence decisions.
- Valid Class D driver licence (required for site mobility).
