Regional Accounts Receivable Specialist – LATAM (Retiro)

We are looking for a Regional Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Americas Finance team on a temporary basis for 9 months, covering a maternity leave replacement.

This role is based in Central or South America (LATAM) and supports financial operations across North, Central, and South America, working closely with a regional finance team in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day accounting activities related to accounts receivable and payables processes Process and record vendor invoices according to company policies and accounting procedures Manage and reconcile vendor accounts, including open balances and proforma invoices Prepare and execute payments (wire transfers, ACH, checks, and electronic payments) Support tax reporting and compliance documentation in accordance with local regulations Support monthly closing activities and account reconciliations Maintain supplier master data in the ERP system Assist with audit requests and provide required financial documentation

Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or relevant studies) Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping and/or accounts receivable/payable functions Experience in multinational or regional organizations preferred Experience with ERP systems (Priority ERP is an advantage) Strong Excel and financial systems skills Fluent English and Spanish (written and verbal) required
