Asistente de Bodega (Puerto Montt)

Job SummaryThe logistics assistant supports the order fulfillment processes within a 3PL or onsite warehouse. The role also provides some analytical support as directed for the logistics team.

Responsibilities/Description:
- Responsible for executing SAP picking process as well as reception process according to the physical product received and following the rules and process.
- Uses inventory management system to ensure that all physical movement and transfer of raw materials, packaging and finished goods is accurately documented, and electronically processed.
- Pull appropriate reports and pick lists and support customer specifications.
- Responsible for managing administrative work, as requisition creation, document and letter issues.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of periodic reports and metrics.
- Provide support to the operations as needed, as trucking coordination, proof of collection and others.
- Check documents could be import, export or warehouse related and notify deviations.
- Populate spreadsheets and databases from SAP, Oflow, sales force for analysis.
- Support inventory counting. Requirements:
- High school or equivalent education
- +3 year experience in SAP environment
- +3 year administrative experience
- Ability to communicate in local language
- Effective communication skills
- Collaborative and team player
- Ability to execute Training / Certifications:
- SAP training
