They identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key clients, and provide excellent aftersales service to retain customers. The Sr. Representative also conducts market research, analyzes industry trends, and provides strategic recommendations to senior management. This role requires extensive experience in sales, strong analytical skills, and the ability to develop and maintain strong customer relations. Responsibilities: Sales
• Generate new leads and prospects
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Conduct sales meetings and presentations
• Negotiate and close deals
• Meet or exceed sales targets
• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports
• Identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities Account Management
• Manage and grow existing client accounts
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Address and resolve any client concerns or issues
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross selling opportunities
