This Position reports to: Service Sales Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization and customers during the proposal development process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of products and technologies, determining costs, and preparing final documentation.

The work model for the role is: hybrid.

This role is part of the Motion business area in Santiago, Chile.

**You will be mainly accountable for**:

- Providing technical advice and solutions to inquiries from customers, channels, and Sales Specialists regarding ABB Motion’s variable speed drive systems.
- Conducting analytical and diagnostic studies to determine the optimal technical solution to meet customer needs and address complex inquiries.
- Developing and maintaining new sales opportunities, as well as resolving specific customer issues; and ensuring the achievement of targets related to orders, Net Price Variance (NPV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Ensuring the achievement of budgetary objectives, including sales volumes and profitable growth, across all assigned product groups and in the relevant countries.

**Qualifications for the role**
- University degree in Electrical, Electronic, or related Engineering fields.
- 1 year of experience in technical sales, especially in the field of motors and drive systems.
- Fluent communication skills in English.
