Mechanical Supervisor (Cerrillos)

TheMechanical Supervisor (MES) supervises the General Construction Contractor(GCC) activities for their own discipline, ensuring that the Constructionworks are performed according to the erection schedules and Projectdocuments, within the assigned cost budget, and according to Quality &Safety; procedures, as well subcontract. Dutiesand responsibilities Prior to the start ofworks, to check VENDOR's material and technical documentation deliveryschedule, verifying that the same is in line with Construction schedulesand contractual commitments; Prior to the start ofworks, to control and approve the Method Statements submitted by GCCensuring their correct application on the field; Check that the schedule isupdated and to promote action to recover any delay; Check that the equipmentand manpower employed by GCC are adequate and that the works performedby GCC conform to design documents, Safety regulations, and to theQuality level fixed by the same; Detect any design errors,and where possible rectify the same or request the DIEs to make thenecessary changes; Check GCC's work progressstatus sheets and sign the same for approval; Manage VENDOR specialists. Knowledge& Qualifications Suitable University Degree Experience Minimum of 5-10 years ofexperience as a Mechanical Supervisor/ Multidisciplinary activities; Similar role covered inprojects that are of a comparable size; Skillsand Abilities Native Polish speaker; Excellent IT and analyticalskills; Excellent communicationsand interpersonal skills; Strong interpersonal,team-oriented skills, self-motivation and direction, with strong biastoward timely performance and problem resolution; Attention to detail, strongcommunications and interpersonal skills. #J-*****-Ljbffr Postúlate en Kit Empleo: kitempleo.cl/empleo/1dvr5r
