Pre-Commissioning Supervisor (Los Andes)

The CommissioningSupervisor, COS, executes the activities pertaining to the commissioningof an entire unit of the Plant. Operates in compliance with the qualityrequirements, health/environmental/safety regulations and following the stated procedures. Dutiesand responsibilities Lead and insist on strictadherence to Lock Out / Tag Out Procedures (LOTO), and policies;Assist in the developmentof scoped packages for identified pre-commissioning activities, based oncommissioning requirements and available systems;Assist with coordinationand management of system walk downs with particular regard todeficiencies and punch list prioritization;Perform constructionprocess assessments during system walk-downs and identify exceptions anddeficiencies;Perform commissioning andtesting of individual components, systems, and the station as a completeintegrated unit to meet all contractual obligations. Knowledge& Qualifications Strong technical, supervisory and organizational skills. Experience 10 years' experience inpre-commissioning / CSU activities;5 years in Field Supervisorrole, with prior experience in managing Field Service technicians at aproject site; Skillsand Abilities Excellent IT and analyticalskills;Excellent communicationsand interpersonal skills;Strong interpersonal,team-oriented skills.
