Empresa confidencial is a leading company in the production of PVC profiles for the manufacture of windows and doors, we are looking to hire a Local IT Administrator to ensure smooth functioning of IT systems at the local level, while coordinating with our general IT team.

Send CV with income expectations to . Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level support for users, troubleshoot issues on-site when needed. Administer Windows client environments, including updates, patches, registry settings, certificates, and deployments via Microsoft Intune. Maintain accurate user master data in our Identity Management system and process user onboarding/offboarding. Work with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, SharePoint) and, ideally, SAP Business One (e.g., user permissions, add-ons). Participate in cross-functional teams to support business process improvements within the SAP Business One environment and drive digitalization initiatives. Collaborate with global IT teams and follow defined processes for escalation and knowledge sharing. Support our internal IT Service Management processes (ITIL-based), such as incident handling and request offerings. Handle basic networking tasks (e.g., switch and access point replacement, interpreting infrastructure diagrams). Support local infrastructure, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards. Train employees on IT tools and processes; act as a digital ambassador to promote adoption of new technologies and best practices across the organization.

Qualifications and requirements: Education in IT or equivalent technical background. Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Familiarity with M365 applications; experience with BusinessOne is a plus. Knowledge of local IT infrastructure and applicable regulations.
