Sales Coordinator Do you dream of an exciting Sales role where your work will have a real impact on people’s futures? EF Language Abroad is looking for a strategical, entrepreneurial, and sales-driven Sales Coordinator to take the program to the next level Responsibilities
- Promote and sell language courses abroad, establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients.
- Guide clients through the sales process and ensure their satisfaction.
- Actively identify and pursue sales opportunities via phone, face to face, online, and social media (excluding cold calling).
- Build strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.
- Engage prospective clients with consultative selling, offering personalized advice and recommendations.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of language courses, destinations, and associated services.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with colleagues from various countries to exchange best practices and deliver a consistent experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Participate in brand awareness events such as stands, fairs, and presentations at schools and universities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism or related fields.
- Prior sales experience, preferably in a fast‑paced environment; experience in the education/travel industry or selling intangible products/services is a plus.
- Strong motivation to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
- Experience living, working, or studying abroad preferred.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building long‑term relationships.
- Adaptability, resilience and flexibility to thrive in dynamic environments; occasional weekend shifts.
