Carrier Business Development Manager (Región Metropolitana)

China Mobile International Chile, is looking for a driven and versatile Business Development Manager who will focus on Carrier business development in Chile, including but not limit to telecom services, IT products, and ICT integration etc. Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with major telecom operators to drive strategic cooperation and long-term partnerships.
- Promote traditional carrier business collaboration, including voice and SMS interconnection, wholesale services, international leased lines, and roaming.
- Advance new business cooperation by leveraging China Mobile’s capabilities in 5G private networks, DICT solutions, smart city projects, and data centers to serve government and enterprise customers through operator channels. At the same time, explore opportunities to supply telecom equipment and materials for operators’ internal use by utilizing the Group’s scale and supply chain advantages, forming a comprehensive cooperation portfolio.
- Represent the company at regional and international industry events, exhibitions, and executive forums to expand the relationship network and enhance the company’s influence in the telecom industry.
- Coordinate resources across the Group’s specialized business units to ensure effective implementation in the market and build a long-term, sustainable cooperation ecosystem.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Telecommunications Engineering, Marketing, International Business, or related fields.
- 8+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a strong professional network among carriers and the ability to directly access and influence key decision-makers (such as CEOs, CTOs, CMOs, etc.).
- Familiarity with carrier wholesale business models and emerging ICT/5G cooperation frameworks, with the capability to drive multidimensional partnership execution.
