Purpose Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities to ensure projects are executed in a safe, efficient, cost‑effective and timely manner. Act as the primary technical coordination interface with the client to ensure that the client's expectations are satisfied. Ensure the project conforms to the client's approved Basis of Design and all applicable regulatory and code requirements. Responsibilities
- HSE Management
- Maintains HSE focus within the team to ensure OHSE requirements are included in design and procurement.
- Client Relationships
- Establish, maintain and build healthy client relationships. Proactively resolve performance, scope and schedule issues with the client as they arise. Identify, document, communicate and meet the client's requirements.
- Commercial Management
- Effectively manage assigned budgets within Worley‑Parsons' total scope.
- Scope Management
- Compliance with WPMP and Project Execution Plan. Compliance with requirements of the contract. Effective change control process application.
- Time Management
- Contribute to the development of overall project schedule. Supervise work in accordance with the approved schedule.
- Cost Control
- Monitor cost aspects of the project within direct control and forecast final costs, identify trends and take action to avoid cost overruns.
- Quality Management
- Contribute to compliance with Worley‑Parsons policies and procedures. Utilize, as appropriate, strong working knowledge of Worley‑Parsons engineering and procurement systems and procedures.
- Team Management
- Focus the team on achievement of milestones and other key project objectives. Listen to the team, discuss issues, resolve problems and direct activities to remove roadblocks and achieve objectives.
- Communications Management
- Regularly provide clear reports to project management. Effective communication with the design team and third parties. Accurate, timely and effective reporting to the Project Manager.
