- Consolidate Hasbro’s new business model: Profitable & Sustainable Growth.
- Develop strategic commercial relationships with key accounts.
- Deliver quarterly and annual sales targets while managing cost of business (COB) within agreed limits.
- Drive omnichannel strategies and seasonal planning to maximize shopper engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales budgets for key accounts every quarter.
- Manage commercial variables: Sell-In, Sell-Out, Inventory, Margins, COB.
- Develop and execute joint business plans and brand/product life cycles.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement key initiatives.
- Promote Hasbro’s portfolio under the “One Voice Strategy” across the Andean region.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years in retail channel sales; experience with department stores (Falabella, Paris, Ripley preferred).
- Strong knowledge of KPIs, P&L;, and financial metrics.
- Digital commerce and omnichannel expertise.
- Leadership, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English).
