HR Analyst – Transformation & OperationsWe are seeking a highly motivated HR Analyst – Transformation & Operations to support the execution of a strategic HR Transformation and Operational Excellence initiative.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Lifecycle ManagementCoordinate onboarding processes, including documentation and system readinessEnsure a consistent, efficient, and high-quality onboarding experienceTalent Program ManagementManage the internship program end-to-end, including attraction, selection, onboarding, follow-up, and reportingMonitor program effectiveness and identify improvement opportunitiesInternal Communication and CultureDesign and execute internal communication initiatives aligned with organizational prioritiesSupport employer branding and culture-building effortsData Analysis and ReportingAdminister performance management and employee engagement platformsGenerate and analyze reports to support data-driven decision-makingTraining and DevelopmentCoordinate the annual training plan, including logistics and schedulingManage vendor relationships and assess training effectiveness and impactCompliance ManagementMaintain internal policies, procedures, and regulatory documentationEnsure adherence to local labor regulations and corporate compliance standardsBusiness Continuity (BCP)Support updates and maintenance of business continuity plansCoordinate emergency preparedness activities and drillsVendor and Operational ManagementManage HR vendors, including quotations, invoicing, and service coordinationSupport general services and basic operational requirementsDocumentation and Cross-functional SupportMaintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentationProvide support for data processing and cross-functional HR initiativesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field3–5 years of experience in Human ResourcesExperience in HR operations, transformation initiatives, or process improvement projectsKnowledge of local labor regulations is preferredExperience with data analysis, reporting, and HR digital toolsIntermediate to advanced level of English is preferredKey CompetenciesResults-oriented with a focus on execution and continuous improvementStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesEffective written and verbal communication skillsAdaptability and an agile mindsetStrong focus on employee experience and service delivery #J--Ljbffr Postúlate en Kit Empleo: kitempleo.cl/empleo/1duyj3
