A DAY IN THE LIFE Defend the brand's strategy and drive its growth in the various markets where it operates. Build, manage, and develop brand growth. Must ensure the best possible experience for the end consumer throughout the entire journey, managing the launch of new products and driving the growth of existing products through promotional and advertising excellence for a specific product group. Contribute to the brand's growth in its market and lead new product launches, consolidating existing products through campaign implementation, digital brand development, and collaboration on advocacy strategies. Focus on the execution of the O+O brand.
- Carry out powerful brand activations with a focus on building brand image and driving sell-out.
- Efficiently interact with other departments (sales, logistics, training, trade marketing, supply, digital) to support marketing objectives.
- Implement new launches and promote existing products.
- Analyze sell-out, sell-in, market, and consumer data to identify new opportunities and inform decision-making.
- Develop the point-of-sale strategy with merch and trade, coordinating with design agencies.
- Manage the brand's budget.
- Place purchase orders and create and reference new products.
- Budget management.

REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing areas.
- Bachelor degree in business administration.
