As a Sales Support Consultant, you will support Caterpillar Resource Industries Sales, Services, and Technologies (RISST) Electrification commercial group by performing simulation and analysis to generate recommendations that contribute to both the short-term and long-term customer decarbonization initiatives.

Cat® Dynamic Energy Transfer (DET) is a fully Caterpillar-developed system that can transfer energy to both diesel-electric and battery-electric large mining trucks while they are working around a mine site. It can also charge a machine’s batteries while operating with increased speed on grade, improving operational efficiency and machine uptime.

What You Will Do
- You will consult with the customers, product groups, districts, and dealers in developing decarbonization pathways and recommending solutions designed to maximize product value and price.
- Perform site simulation to determine site-level power requirements.
