Remote Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator (La Florida)

**Daily Responsibilities**:

- Inbound call center taking calls from patients to schedule delivery of OTC products
- Taking OTC orders over phone for Health plan members
- Will take 8-10 calls per hour, must have 95% or higher quality score, and 90% or higher schedule adherence score

**Requirements**:

- High School or GED
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Over 1 year of healthcare call center customer service
- Vaccinated for COVID or at least willing to get vaccinated before conversion to permanent position.
- Ability to work from home
- smart phone, high speed internet, private work space, and personal compute

**Hours for this Position**: M-F, any 8 hour shift from 8am-9am but will likely be on 11:30 am
- 8:00 pm EST

**Pay**: 16/hour
