Position Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to support the execution of marketing initiatives and digital campaigns that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven and creative marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools; suggest optimizations
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices
- Help manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and new technologies
- Support market research to understand industry trends and competitive positioning

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) is a plus
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized
- Interest or background in fintech, finance, or real estate is a plus
