OverviewCBM360TIV is seeking a Sampling Inspector to support its Mining and Mineral Loss Control Project in Chile.
The role ensures accurate, compliant, and traceable sampling of mineral materials across operational sites, supporting quality assurance and reporting integrity.Reporting ToSenior Quality Control Manager / Site QA-QC SupervisorResponsibilitiesConduct systematic sampling of ores, minerals, and raw materials at designated sitesEnsure sampling procedures comply with industry standards and project protocolsMaintain sample integrity, labeling, storage, and chain of custody documentationAssist in inspection and verification of material quality at loading and processing pointsPrepare daily sampling reports and submit findings to QA/QC managementCoordinate with laboratory teams for sample transfer and testing validationEducation & QualificationsDiploma or Degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Metallurgy, or related technical fieldExperience5–10 years of experience in mining, mineral sampling, or quality control operationsPrior exposure to mining projects in Africa or South America is an advantageTechnical SkillsKnowledge of mineral sampling methods and QA/QC proceduresUnderstanding of ore classification and material handling systemsFamiliarity with ISO/industry sampling standardsStrong reporting and documentation skillsWhat We OfferParticipation in an international mining control projectExposure to large-scale mineral operations in ChileProfessional working environment with technical teamsCompetitive project-based engagement (details shared during selection process)How to ApplySend your CV to:@cbm360tiv.com
