Project Manager at BairesDev

As a Project Manager, lead multiple, large-scale staff augmentation projects with your advanced project management skills. Your role includes strategic planning, risk management, and high-level decision-making, guiding teams to successful project completion and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

What you will do:

- Maintain the organization's effectiveness and efficiency by following, delivering, and supporting strategic technology implementation plans.
- Accountable for planning and monitoring job results.
- Retain staff by maintaining a reliable and communicative work environment.
- Strategically analyze and improve billable utilization, planning capacity, and project profitability forecasting.
- Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; and anticipating requirements.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Here’s what we are looking for:

- 4+ years of experience in project management.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and strategic decision-making.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and advanced software systems.
- Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
- Advanced level of English.
